- Damaged Item(s) – Products arrived physically damaged.
- Warm Item(s) – Perishable products arrived warmer than expected.
- Quality Concern – Product quality does not meet expectations.
- Expired Item(s) – Product appears expired or beyond its stated shelf life.
- Leaking Package – Product or packaging leaked during transit.
- Packaging Issue – Problems with the packaging, insulation, labeling, or packing materials.
Please provide photos of the products, packaging, shipping label, and any visible issues. Retaining all original packaging and contents may help expedite our review.
