If a returned item is inspected and found to be used, damaged, or partially consumed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, refunds or replacements can only be issued once the original shipment has been returned to and received by us.
We do not accept responsibility for, nor provide refunds on, perishable items that were not collected at the time of delivery, were not properly refrigerated, or were otherwise not cared for after delivery. However, certain circumstances may warrant an exception, and refunds or replacements may be issued at our sole discretion based on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.
