No, due to the perishable nature of many of our products, food sales are final and cannot be exchanged once an order has been processed or shipped.
If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, you may be able to modify the products in your order. Modification requests generally must be submitted before 10:00 AM ET on the business day prior to the intended delivery date.
To request that item(s) be added to or removed from your order, please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request." Complete the "Order Support" form and select "Add/Remove Item(s)" as the reason for your inquiry. Please include your order number and details regarding the changes you would like to make.
Please note that once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we are unable to modify its contents.
