Note, you can check the status of your return request by reviewing updates sent to the email address associated with your order. You may also log in to your customer account and navigate to My Account > Return Requests to view the latest status of your request.
If you are unable to locate your return status through email or your account, please contact our Customer Service team by selecting "Submit a Request" through our Help Center and completing the General Inquiry form. Please select "Follow-Up Request" as the inquiry type and include any relevant details regarding your return.
