If you have received incorrect product(s) and/or your package is missing product(s), please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request." Complete the Missing / Wrong Items form and select either "Missing Item(s)" or "Wrong Item(s) Received," as applicable.
Please provide details regarding the names of the products you received and/or the items that are missing, and attach photos of the package and all items received. This information allows our team to compare the contents against your original order and assist you as quickly as possible.
