In the case of a return or replacement, refunds are processed once the returned products have been received and verified at our warehouse. For payments made via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours of our receipt and verification of the returned products. Please note that it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
If you have not received your refund within 5 business days of an approved return, please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request." Complete the General Inquiry form, select "Follow-Up Request" as the inquiry type, and indicate that you are following up regarding the refund for your approved return. Please include any relevant details, such as your order number and return request information, to help us assist you more efficiently.
