You can track your order once it has been shipped. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order, allowing you to follow your shipment in real time.
You may also check your order status by logging into your customer account and navigating to My Account > Orders. Tracking details will appear once your order has been shipped.
Shipping confirmation emails are typically sent on the evening prior to your scheduled delivery date. Please note that it may take several hours after receiving the email for tracking information to become visible on the carrier's website.
If, by the morning of your scheduled delivery date, you have not received a shipping confirmation email or are unable to locate your tracking information, please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request." Complete the Delivery / Shipping Issue form and select "Tracking Number Request" as the reason for your inquiry. Please include your order number and any other relevant details so our Customer Service team can assist you promptly.
