If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may be able to cancel it directly through your customer account. To do so, log in to your account on our website and navigate to My Account > Orders. Under Order History, select the applicable Order ID and click "Cancel Order."
If you experience any issues cancelling your order online, please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request." Complete the Order Support form and select "Cancel Order" as the reason for your inquiry. Please include your order number and any relevant details regarding your request.
Please note that orders may be cancelled without charge up until 10:00 AM ET on the business day prior to the intended delivery date (holiday exclusions may apply). For example, if your order is scheduled for delivery on Friday, you may cancel it without penalty by 10:00 AM ET on Thursday.
Cancellation requests submitted after the cancellation deadline, or after an order has been processed or shipped, may not be eligible for cancellation. If your order has already shipped, it will be subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.
