Orders may be cancelled without charge up until 10:00 AM ET on the business day prior to the intended delivery date (holiday exclusions may apply). For example, if your order is scheduled for delivery on Friday, you may cancel it without penalty by 10:00 AM ET on Thursday.
To request an order cancellation, please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request." Complete the Order Support form and select "Cancel Order" as the reason for your inquiry. Please include your order number and any relevant details regarding your request.
Please note that cancellation requests submitted after the cancellation deadline, or after an order has been processed or shipped, may not be eligible for cancellation. If your order has already shipped, it will be subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.
