After placing an order, it may take a few minutes for the order to appear in your customer account. We recommend waiting approximately 10 minutes and then checking your account again.
Order confirmation emails are typically sent immediately after a successful purchase. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
If your payment method was charged but you have not received an order confirmation email, your order may still be processing. Please allow up to 1 hour for the confirmation email to be generated and delivered.
If your order is still not visible in your account, or you have not received a confirmation email after 1 hour, please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request." Complete the Order Support form and select Missing Order Confirmation as the Issue Type.
Please include the email address used for the order, the approximate time the order was placed, and any other relevant details so our team can assist you more efficiently.
