You may be able to modify the products in your order if it has not yet been processed for shipment. Generally, modification requests must be submitted before 10:00 AM ET on the business day prior to the intended delivery date.
To request that item(s) be added to or removed from your order, please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request." Complete the Order Support form and select "Add/Remove Item(s)" as the reason for your inquiry. Please include your order number and details regarding the changes you would like to make.
Please note that once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may be unable to modify its contents.
