Will the shipping charge be refunded if I cancel my order?

If your entire order is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, any shipping charges associated with that order will also be refunded.

However, if only a portion of your order is cancelled and the remaining item(s) are still being shipped, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping fees are assessed based on the shipment that is ultimately fulfilled and delivered.

Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted before the applicable cancellation deadline and approved by our Customer Service team in order to be eligible for a refund.
