All Marky's caviar is freshly packed to order. For the best flavor and quality, we recommend refrigerating caviar immediately upon delivery and enjoying it as soon as possible.
Unopened shelf life:
- Sturgeon caviar and Paddlefish caviar (refrigerated): Up to 4–6 weeks when properly refrigerated at or below 38°F (3.3°C)
- Non-sturgeon caviars and roe (such as salmon roe, trout roe, tobiko, masago, pike roe, and whitefish roe): Up to 12 months frozen or up to 1 week refrigerated after thawing
Once opened:
For optimal freshness, flavor, and texture, all caviar should be consumed within 3 days of opening. Be sure to tightly reseal the container and keep it refrigerated between servings.
