Marky's caviar can be enjoyed in a variety of ways depending on personal preference. Traditionally, caviar is served atop a blini with a dollop of crème fraîche and accompanied by a glass of champagne or a chilled shot of vodka.
Popular accompaniments include:
- Blinis
- Crème fraîche
- Hard-boiled eggs or quail eggs
- Chopped chives or green onions
- Shallots
- Potato chips
- Toast points
Many caviar enthusiasts also enjoy tasting caviar on its own to fully appreciate its unique flavor, texture, and finish.
For the best tasting experience, we recommend serving caviar with mother-of-pearl, horn, plastic, wooden, or gold-plated utensils. Traditional silverware and other reactive metals may affect the flavor of the caviar.
Caviar should always be served well chilled. If it will be out for an extended period, place the tin or serving dish over a bed of ice to maintain the proper temperature. To preserve freshness, keep the caviar covered whenever possible and return any unused portion to refrigeration promptly.
For an elevated presentation, consider serving your caviar in a dedicated caviar server designed to keep the product chilled throughout service.
