The following terms apply to all coupon codes, promotions, and discounts offered on Markys.com unless otherwise stated:

1. Coupon codes may be applied in the shopping cart or during checkout while the associated promotion remains active. Depending on the promotion, coupon codes may be designated as single-use or multi-use. Single-use coupon codes may not be redeemed more than once.
2. Only one coupon code may be applied per order. With limited exceptions, coupon codes cannot be applied to shipping charges, products with pre-applied discounts, product sets (including gifting and tasting sets), gift cards, Mystery Boxes, or select caviar products, including Private Stock, Saint Urgeon, and Aureta.
3. Unless otherwise specified, coupon codes, promotions, and discounts advertised online are valid only on Markys.com and may not be redeemed at Marky's retail locations.
4. Coupon codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or other goods unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Marky's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion, coupon code, or discount at any time due to typographical errors, technical issues, fraud, misuse, or other unforeseen circumstances. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions, with changes becoming effective upon posting to our website.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
