How can I check the balance of my gift card(s)?

To check your gift card balance:

Digital Gift Cards: Visit the Digital Gift Card product page and enter your full gift card number under "Check Your Gift Card Balance."

Physical Gift Cards: Visit the Physical Gift Card product page and enter your full gift card number under "Check Your Gift Card Balance."

If you experience any issues using or checking the balance of your gift card, please navigate to our Help Center, select "Submit a Request," choose the Payment / Billing Issue form, and select "Gift Card Issue."

Please note that we do not currently accept gift cards issued by Marky's Caviar Boston on Markys.com or at other Marky's retail locations. Marky's Caviar Boston gift cards may only be redeemed at the Marky's Caviar Boston retail location where they were purchased.
