My gift card or coupon code isn't working, what do I do?

Coupon codes are subject to our Coupon Terms & Conditions and may not apply if the required conditions are not met. Certain promotions include specific restrictions or exclusions. For example, a promotion offering free shipping on caviar-only orders over $2,999 will not apply if your cart contains non-caviar items.

If a coupon code is not working, please verify that it has been entered correctly and that your order qualifies for the promotion.

Gift cards may also fail to apply if they have not been activated or if the available balance is insufficient. Please verify that the gift card number has been entered correctly.

If everything appears correct and you are still unable to apply a coupon code or gift card, please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request."
