When should I place my order to ensure on-time delivery?

Orders are processed Monday through Thursday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET with Priority Overnight shipping will typically arrive the following business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will generally ship on the next business day and arrive one business day after shipment.

Please note that unless Saturday Delivery is selected and available, orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on Thursday will generally ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

For holidays and special occasions, we strongly encourage placing your order well in advance and utilizing our Scheduled Delivery option. Unopened black caviar typically remains fresh for 4–6 weeks when properly refrigerated (sturgeon caviar should not be frozen), allowing you to receive your order ahead of your event and store it until needed.

Please note that while we make every effort to process and ship orders on schedule, delivery timing ultimately depends on the carrier. Weather events, carrier delays, service interruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect transit times.

To help avoid last-minute delivery issues during busy periods, we recommend scheduling delivery at least one week before your planned event whenever possible.
