What is your shipping schedule and who are your shipping carriers?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and shipped Monday through Thursday, with limited Saturday Delivery available for eligible Express shipments.

In most cases, orders placed before 2:00 PM ET will ship the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff will generally ship on the following business day. Unless Saturday Delivery is selected and available, orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on Thursday will generally ship on Monday.

Please note that during peak shipping periods and holidays, processing deadlines may be moved earlier due to increased order volume. For example, same-day shipping cutoffs may be advanced to 10:00 AM ET during portions of the holiday season. In periods of exceptionally high order volume, we may temporarily stop accepting orders for certain delivery dates before the standard cutoff time in order to maintain product quality and service levels.

Shipping methods include:

Priority Overnight Delivery – Typically arrives within 1–2 business days

Scheduled Delivery – Scheduled to arrive on your selected delivery date, subject to carrier fulfillment and transit conditions

Ground Delivery – Typically arrives within 2–7 business days (delivery dates are not guaranteed)

Perishable items are shipped via Priority Overnight Delivery to help ensure freshness. Non-perishable items may be shipped via Ground or Priority Overnight, depending on the shipping option selected during checkout. Orders containing both perishable and non-perishable items will be shipped via Priority Overnight.

We primarily ship via FedEx and other major carriers, depending on destination and delivery requirements.

Please note that we do not ship for delivery on certain holidays and operate in accordance with carrier shipping schedules. While we make every effort to process and ship orders on schedule, delivery timing is ultimately determined by the carrier. Weather events, carrier service disruptions, and increased holiday shipping volumes may affect transit times and are outside of our control.
