Do you ship on national holidays?

Because we operate on FedEx's shipping schedule, we are unable to ship packages for delivery on certain national holidays or the day immediately following those holidays. This includes:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day (July 4th)
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

During holiday periods, carrier networks often experience significantly higher shipping volumes, which may result in transit delays beyond our control. We strongly encourage customers to place orders well in advance and take advantage of our Scheduled Delivery option whenever possible.

Unopened black caviar typically remains fresh for 4–6 weeks when properly refrigerated, allowing you to schedule delivery several days before your event or holiday celebration and store the product until needed.

Please note that while we make every effort to process and ship orders on schedule, delivery timing is ultimately determined by the carrier. Delays are particularly common around Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other major holidays.
