How can I change or correct the delivery address for my order or add delivery instructions?

If your order has not yet been processed or packed for shipment, we may be able to update the delivery address, phone number, or add delivery instructions.

To request a change, please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request." Complete the Order Support form and select Change Shipping Address or Add Delivery Instructions as the Issue Type.

Please include your order number and the updated delivery information or instructions. Our team will review your request and confirm whether the requested changes can be accommodated.

Please note that once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address, phone number, or delivery instructions.
