How do I change my billing / shipping address?

To update the addresses saved to your account for future purchases, sign in to your Marky's account and navigate to My Account > Address Book. From there, you can add, edit, or remove your billing and shipping addresses.

If you need to update the shipping address for an existing order, please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request." Complete the Order Support form and select Change Shipping Address as the Issue Type.

Please note that changes to an existing order can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.
