Do you accept prepaid cards or gift cards?

Yes, we accept Marky's gift cards (both digital and physical) and may accept prepaid cards, provided sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. Note, we do not currently accept Gift Cards issued by Marky's Caviar Boston.

To check your gift card balance:

Digital Gift Cards: Visit the Digital Gift Card product page and enter your full gift card number under "Check Your Gift Card Balance."

Physical Gift Cards: Visit the Physical Gift Card product page and enter your full gift card number under "Check Your Gift Card Balance."

If you experience any issues using or checking the balance of your gift card, please navigate to our Help Center, select "Submit a Request," choose the Payment / Billing Issue form, and select "Gift Card Issue."
