Our third-party security provider helps protect both our customers and our business by reviewing transactions for potential fraud. In some cases, international payments may require additional verification before an order can be processed.
If your payment does not go through, please navigate to our Help Center, select "Submit a Request," choose the Payment / Billing Issue form, and select "Payment Failed."
