How do I change or reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, navigate to Markys.com and click “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page and follow the instructions to reset it via email.

If you’re already logged in and would like to update your password, go to 'My Account' > 'Customer Info' > 'Change Password' and follow the prompts.

If you experience any issues resetting your password, please navigate to our Help Center and select "Submit a Request." Complete the Technical / Website Issue form and select "Login / Account Issue" as the issue type. Please include any error messages you receive and a brief description of the issue.
